Coaching Q&A
- What is coaching?
- Coaching is a collaborative partnership to help you achieve both your personal and professional goals. Coaching is forward looking and action oriented. Take the coaching journey to find out more.
- Why would I need a coach?
- Great athletes work with great coaches to improve their skills and reach their goals. Don't you deserve the same type of attention to improve your life skills and reach your personal and professional goals?
- Who gets a coach?
- People from all walks of life, from a senior executive to a student, and even coaches! They all share the trait of being willing to invest in themselves and take action to move toward their dreams.
- How does coaching work?
- Coaching is done over the telephone. Typically calls are scheduled for three times a month with each call lasting thirty to forty minutes. The schedule can be adjusted to best meet your needs. In between calls, you will be taking action to move toward your goals and dreams.
- Is coaching a long-term committment, or can I just be coached when I have a specific need?
- A client will often begin coaching because of a specific need. Most clients continue with a coach as long as they are achieving results. I ask clients to initially commit to at least three months of coaching.
- How quickly can you achieve results?
- A committed and motivated client can make significant changes in a relatively short amount of time. The scope of what you want to accomplish and how much time and effort you are willing to commit will determine how quickly you achieve results.
- How much does coaching cost and how is payment made?
- Fees are set based on your tailored coaching program and typically range between $200-$350 per month. Payment is made by check or money order.
